NAOS Singapore is the official distributor and parent company to French skincare brands: Bioderma and Etat Pur.
Club NAOS is an exclusive, complimentary loyalty programme designed to reward you with perks you deserve. Points are awarded when you make purchases at NAOS brands' official and authorised retailers and when receipts uploaded via Club NAOS are approved. Our program is designed in three tiers, with increasing benefits in each.

For members who have opted to be transferred over to Club NAOS, your points from Club Bioderma will be transferred alongside your membership tier. This will be adapted to the new tier system. The points reflected should not defer from what you had in Club Bioderma.
We will be able to validate receipts for members who have made purchases between Jan-Jun'24 as part of the transition from Club Bioderma to Club NAOS. We apologise for the delay and inconvenience during this period.
There are many benefits that members enjoy as soon as they join the club, including early access to new products and promotions across our NAOS brands, you’ll enjoy additional benefits with a completed profile (eg. Birthday perks) and enjoy experiential activities with our various partner brands that provide a holistic approach toward skincare.

Points can be earned by shopping through our official stores across various online channels and our retail partners. Simply upload an image of your receipt and fill in the details to have it validated and added to your account. Validation typically takes between 1-3 working days.
You earn 1 point for every S$1 spent. You may earn additional points depending on your tier or during special bonus events that may occur from time to time. Additional points are issued at the discretion of Club NAOS and may be dependent on several factors such as your current tier at the time of the receipt validation.

We accept all receipts that are uploaded within 1 month from your date of purchase. If your purchase was made on 1st Jan'24, the last day to upload your receipt will be 30 days from 1st Jan'24. Unfortunately, all late uploads will not be accepted.
Points redemption can only be done on Club NAOS. You may head over to the Rewards Catalogue to browse the current available rewards.
*Once a request for redemption is submitted, the request cannot be changed and points deducted will not be reversed.
Members can redeem points for a variety of rewards ranging samples to products across our brands and partner brands. Some rewards are available only for a limited basis and new rewards are added throughout the year.
Experiential rewards with our partner brands will be periodically refreshed and will be available on a limited basis. We encourage you to check our rewards catalogue monthly to ensure you do not miss out.

It typically takes between 10-14 working days for product rewards to be delivered to you. In the case where the incorrect information was provided at the time of redemption, NAOS Singapore Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any lost mail or delivery failure, and will not be sending a replacement item. As such, please ensure all information provided are as accurate as possible. NAOS Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms for product redemption at any one point without prior notice.
For experiential rewards, details will be sent to your email once the reward is fully redeemed. In the case you are unable to turn up for the experiential reward, we will not be able to reschedule or replace it with another reward. Kindly check the details of the reward before redemption.
Any points earned from qualifying purchases will be reflected in your account immediately upon approval. This process typically takes between 1-3 working days once submitted.

Points will expire one (1) year from the issued date. Accumulated points will not have a shared expiry date.
There are three (3) membership tiers within Club NAOS. The requirements for each tier are detailed below.
1) Our base White tier comes with no specific requirements. You'll get to enjoy all the basic benefits of being a Club NAOS member.
2) Our secondary Silver tier comes with the additional benefits such as an increased points earn rate and early access to new launches. You'll be able to enjoy all the benefits of this tier when you upload a cumulative $200 worth of purchases within a year of your last membership renewal. In the case where you are unable to maintain the same amount of purchases while being in Silver tier, you will be downgraded to our White tier.
3) Our third and most prestigious Gold tier comes with all previous benefits plus a exclusive invite to events with Club NAOS brands/partners. A minimum cumulative $400 worth of purchases within a year from your last membership renewal is required to be upgraded to this tier. In the case where you are unable to maintain the same amount of purchases while being in Gold tier, you will be downgraded to our Silver tier.
Each membership tier is valid for twelve (12) months from the date: of activation; or where the account is upgraded to the next higher tier whichever is later.
For example: 1) White tier account activated on 1 January 2024 will maintain the White tier until 1 January 2025.
2) If you get upgraded to Silver tier along the way on 1 June 2024, the validity of the new tier will be maintained until 1 June 2025.
Points earned have no impact on upgrade/downgrade between our different membership tiers. You can continue enjoying your tier benefits as long as you meet the annual minimum total spend required for the respective tiers.
White tier – No requalification is needed as this is the base tier and members will not be downgraded.
Silver tier – Accumulate S$200 within 12 months to re-qualify for your Silver tier. Members who do not manage to spend S$200 will be downgraded to White tier.
Gold tier – Accumulate S$400 within 12 months to re-qualify for your Gold tier. Members who do not manage to spend S$400 will be downgraded to Silver tier.
Unfortunately, all redeemed rewards are non-returnable.
